Dylan Steeves


Owner and industry veteran, Dylan Steeves graduated from the University of Oregon. Now a winemaker for a Southern California Winery with several awards under his belt, Steeves started his career tending to the vineyards of the Willamette Valley. He has been a wholesale wine rep and marketer for over six years, and has experienced every part of the industry, from grape harvest to vineyard management to the tasting room. Through his well-rounded experience and diversified resume, Steeves provides a much needed and valued insider perspective into the vast and rapidly expanding wine industry.

Danny Angelucci

Head of Operations

Head of operations, Danny Angelucci studied Business Marketing at San Diego State University. Over the years Angelucci has been involved in many entrepreneurial projects and has a strong background in relationship selling and direct marketing. Two years ago Angelucci found his true passion, wine, and has since devoted his efforts to being involved in this rapidly growing industry. He plans to use the tools he has acquired to revolutionize the way the wine industry is marketed and capture the emergence of a new surging demographic.

Nick Spurlock

Head of Strategy

Head of Strategy, Nicolas Spurlock is currently in Sales Operations at Tesla Motors. Previously Spurlock was responsible for sourcing and analyzing acquisition targets and investment opportunities for a diversified holdings company. Spurlock has been successful in building strategic partnerships, analyzing markets and competitors for enterprise level products and services, and pushing product development from start to finish. Spurlock continues to keep the Riché brand on the forefront of millennial’s market.
